Caitlin’s practice primarily focuses on general corporate transactional matters. Prior to joining Baer & Troff, LLP, she honed her transactional experience working for a real estate development company, where she practiced mainly business, real estate, and construction law. While in law school, Caitlin refined her research and analytical skills, working for a USAID-funded non-government organization in Hanoi, Vietnam, where she analyzed Vietnam’s Trade Union Law for the Transpacific Free Trade Agreement. She also served as a law clerk, working on cases involving breaches of contract, trusts and estates, and construction liens.


A Los Angeles native, Caitlin Lalezari received her law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. While at USF, she earned a certificate in International and Comparative Law with honors. Caitlin received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Berkeley in International Political Economics. She is also fluent in French.
